Alternative Dispute Resolution

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) is an alternative means of resolving disputes.

There are a number of methods available to resolve business disputes including, negotiation, mediation, arbitration and informal dispute settlement.  All of these are alternatives to the court system. 

DRMS helps the parties choose what method of possible resolution might be more effective given the nature of the issues and the parties in dispute.
